Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston in Weymouth, MA is hiring a full-time Appointment Scheduler to join our patient-facing team. The role is onsite with hybrid possibility after a 90-day training period, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience.

You will answer and make calls to schedule or reschedule appointments, collect patient and insurance information, and provide compassionate, professional service.

• No prior healthcare experience required; structured training program provided.
• Ability to collect accurate patient and insurance information.
