Responsibilities

• Supports payroll and scheduling for nursing units.
• Oversees timekeeping and finalizes staff schedules.
• Processes PTO requests with managerial approval and coordinates shift swaps.
• Fills open shifts and continuously monitors staffing levels for policy compliance.
