Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Scheduling Specialist for the St. Francis Eastside Medical Office Building.

This role coordinates and schedules patient testing and procedures, interfacing with physicians and staff to ensure timely appointments and accurate data entry in the hospital system. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong data entry and typing skills, and experience in scheduling or patient access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Experience with data entry preferred.
• Typing 45–50 WPM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule patient testing or procedures.
• Interact with physician offices and other staff to ensure timely scheduling.
• Enter and update scheduling data in hospital computer system.
• Maintain daily records of scheduled patients and statistics for supervisor.
• Promote strong customer focus and handle calls with professionalism.
