EnsoData, Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join our customer-facing team, focusing on SaMD implementations and support in healthcare.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or healthcare.
1 year of experience in technical services or customer support in healthcare or software.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging code in cloud-based web applications (GCP/AWS/Azure) and performance/API issues.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, technical and non-technical.
Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and healthcare regulations (HIPAA/FDA) preferred.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.
Experience in Python, React, React Native, MongoDB, and GCP preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize multiple incoming customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues within web-based applications.
Document and follow SOPs for escalation; develop docs for other TSEs.
Provide timely communication with customers to explain steps to solve issues.
Ensure issues and resolutions are properly documented.
