Job summary

Children's National Hospital is seeking a Salesforce System Integration Analyst to architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware and APIs. The role focuses on data synchronization, secure workflows, and collaboration with clinicians, operations, and IT teams.

You will develop with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs, and ensure data integrity across EHR and CRM ecosystems while aligning with HIPAA and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years of MuleSoft or similar middleware experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Health Cloud/Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7).
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare security requirements.
• MuleSoft Developer certification.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and middleware tools.
• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop APIs between Salesforce and enterprise systems (Epic, Cerner, Microsoft) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance.
• Monitor and resolve integration issues to ensure data integrity.
• Support system upgrades, deployments, and production maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and security standards.
