Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of MuleSoft or similar middleware experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Health Cloud or Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and HIPAA compliance.

This role serves as a bridge between operational, clinical, and technical teams to ensure digital solutions support organizational goals, enhance patient experiences, and improve operational efficiency.The Salesforce System Integration Analyst partners closely with clinicians, operational leaders and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable applications that support patient engagement, access, intake, scheduling, care coordination, population health initiatives, and service delivery. The primary focus of the role will be designing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and documenting secure integrations across Salesforce and complex systems.This position leverages the Salesforce platform and related technologies to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enable actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
