Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience welcomed.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, sales, or business development.
• Team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow independently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week).
• Valid US Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Guided Sales Support: Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building within SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Learning: Help identify potential targets and learn market expansion strategy in the field.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate ROI of our wound care model to administrators and stakeholders with coaching.
• Relationship Building: Start building your network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field observations and contribute to a team strategy.
