Job description

Join to apply for the Healthcare Sales Representative role at MDM Commercial.

SUMMARY: As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you are responsible for selling MDM’s products and technology solutions to Acute Care hospitals and IDNs within your assigned territory. Your role involves engaging with hospital Executive Leadership, Facilities/Engineering, Biomed, IT, and Supply Chain personnel.

You will need to continually educate yourself on product features and benefits, and make presentations on our patient education systems, head end and cable plant distribution systems, and other professional services. Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Reaching defined Annual and Quarterly Sales Goals
  2. Calling on healthcare facilities and prospects to build new business
  3. Maintaining relationships with existing accounts and upselling products and services
  4. Following MDM Lead follow-up Policy to ensure all Leads are actively worked
  5. Recording all sales activities in CRM, including calls, appointments, emails, and tracking Leads and Opportunities
  6. Forecasting business accurately through CRM Opportunities and updating Opportunity information
  7. Keeping account information current in CRM (Site Info, GPO affiliation, Price Lists, Contacts, Infrastructure)
  8. Developing and delivering professional sales presentations
  9. Staying informed about company activities, industry trends, and regulations
  10. Leading the sales proposal and RFP process for opportunities

You will act in a consultative role, requiring a deep understanding of our products and services. Knowledge of healthcare/medical display solutions, RF/IPTV systems, patient engagement, and digital signage is recommended but not mandatory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. This is a remote position, working from home when not visiting clients.
  2. Up to 75% travel within your territory to support clients.
  3. Residency within AZ, WA, OR, NV, UT, or CA required.
  4. Coverage includes AZ, AK, WA, OR, NV, UT, CA, and HI.
  5. Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle; some air travel may be required.
  6. At least 2 years of experience calling on Acute Care hospital personnel.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regular sitting, handling, talking, standing, walking, reaching, with visual acuity requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Moderate noise level, accommodations available for disabilities.
