Roles and Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a mission-driven, entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to expand our U.S. footprint in the healthcare and life sciences vertical. This is a ground-up, hunter-style role—perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments where trust, expertise, and grit are essential.

Your mission is to drive new client acquisition by connecting industry pain points with KenexAI’s differentiated solutions. You’ll open doors, lead consultative conversations with decision-makers, and collaborate with our delivery teams to shape high-impact engagements.

  • Drive net-new client acquisition in the manufacturing space with minimal brand awareness and yet will have marketing support
  • Develop and execute your own territory and outreach plan, including cold prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Position KenexAI’s consulting services and accelerators as high-value solutions for targeted business improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with delivery leads to craft custom proposals and solution roadmaps
  • Engage senior-level buyers across operations, digital, and IT to understand needs and shape value-driven conversations
  • Attend industry events, participate in thought leadership, and create visibility for KenexAI in target accounts
  • Own full sales cycle and pipeline management, maintaining accuracy in CRM and forecast reporting
Skill Requirements:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in consulting, digital transformation, or advanced data & AI services
  • Domain knowledge of healthcare and/or life sciences and understanding of sector-specific use cases
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and closing deals without the support of a major brand
  • Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity and an entrepreneurial approach to prospecting and deal creation
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex solutions for business buyers
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling to biopharma, healthcare provider systems, or medtech organizations
  • Familiarity with commercial analytics, real-world evidence, patient journey, or clinical data platforms
  • Background in AI, analytics, or cloud-based services in a consulting capacity
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups or boutique advisory firms
