Job summary

Jackson & Coker is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Recruiting teams in Alpharetta. You will serve as a key liaison between Recruiting Consultants, healthcare providers, client contacts, and internal partners throughout the assignment process.

This role focuses on daily operations, documentation, reporting, and timely communication across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities to ensure a positive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with teammates, healthcare providers, and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in support/administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiting Consultants and teams across assignments.
• Provide ongoing communication during privileging, booking, and assignment process.
• Understand provider and client needs while supporting daily operations.
• Assist Accounting with provider pay, client invoices, and related records.
• Coordinate documentation and reports including service records and expense reports.
• Maintain and distribute sales division reports and activity logs.
• Coordinate gifts and moments that matter initiatives.
• Provide out-of-office coverage and scheduling support.
