Job summary

Your Talent Team is assisting a client seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist in California, covering San Jose, Sacramento and Fresno. You will drive enrollment by building community relationships and guiding prospective participants into the program.

The role is hybrid, with compensation of $75,000 plus bonus and a benefits package including medical, dental and PTO. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare administration and DHCS training are preferred; experience in sales/marketing within

• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in a sales/marketing role with healthcare or senior care exposure preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or healthcare CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

Job requirements include:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
