Job summary

Talent With Heart, serving California communities, seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist for the San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno region. The role drives enrollment through outreach, education, and partnerships with community organizations.

You will coordinate outreach, build community leaders relationships, and implement monthly marketing plans to sustain referrals. A background in healthcare sales and a DHCS-marketing track is preferred, with a hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare setting
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
