Job summary

United Future seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive outreach and enrollment in San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will build community referrals, educate stakeholders, and implement marketing plans to meet enrollment targets. The role blends field outreach with program education and requires healthcare experience.

The position offers a hybrid schedule and a compensation package including base pay and bonus, plus benefits. Bachelor’s degree and DHCS training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve monthly goals.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
