Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment in the San Jose area. You will build relationships with community organizations and referral sources to guide seniors into our program.

You will coordinate outreach, develop monthly plans, and educate partners about services. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales/marketing and healthcare exposure; a marketing/healthcare degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales/marketing role.
• At least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience including Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success -- building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
