Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment by building relationships in the community and guiding seniors into our care program. The role covers San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno with a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate will coordinate outreach, develop monthly marketing plans, and educate referral sources about services, leveraging experience in sales, marketing, and health care settings. Compensation includes a base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year in a sales and marketing role, preferably in healthcare or senior care.
• Technology experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve more.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success - building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
