Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment within our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will build community relationships, generate referrals, and guide prospective participants into the program.

The role offers a base salary with bonus potential and a hybrid work arrangement. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration is preferred, along with DHCS training and at least one year in

• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success --- building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
