Job summary

Healthcare Sales Specialist in San Jose–Sacramento–Fresno area is responsible for driving enrollment by building relationships within the community, generating referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program. The role is part of Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment and requires outreach, collaboration with community organizations, and strong education of services to referrals.

Compensation includes base pay plus bonus, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role within healthcare/senior care
• Outside sales and marketing experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Athena, etc.
• Strong community outreach and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve momentum
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success --- building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.
