Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment and build community relationships across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. The hybrid position focuses on outreach, referrals, and education to seniors and referral partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, developing monthly marketing plans, and maintaining partnerships with community organizations, senior centers, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
