SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to support enrollment across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will drive outreach in communities, cultivate referrals, and guide seniors to our health program while collaborating with partners and referral sources.

The role emphasizes relationship building, education of services, and execution of monthly marketing plans in a hybrid, California-based setup. Bachelor’s degree and healthcare exposure are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or health care administration.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of sales/marketing experience; healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or Athena recommended.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
