Henderson Group is seeking a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment through community outreach and strategic partnerships in San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. You will build relationships with centers, facilities, and referral sources, delivering education about services and coordinating monthly marketing plans.

The role supports a hybrid work setup with a base salary of $75,000 plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/marketing experience; healthcare/senior care preferred.

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations g
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches.
• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve mo.
• Provide education regarding services to community referral sources.

Job requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at
• least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Technology experience which can include Salesforce, Athena, etc.
