Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks a Healthcare Sales Specialist to drive enrollment by building community relationships across San Jose, Sacramento, and Fresno. The role combines outreach, education, and outreach development to connect seniors with care services.

The ideal candidate has a marketing/healthcare background, DHCS training, and at least one year in sales/marketing within healthcare or senior care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
• DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing role in healthcare or senior care
• Technology experience such as Salesforce, Athena, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and engagement activities in communities
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
• Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
• Contact senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches

Healthcare Sales Specialist-San Jose-Sacramento-Fresno

Our client provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through our innovation of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

The Healthcare Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team. This role is the driver of enrollment success — building relationships in the community, generating quality referrals, and guiding prospective participants into the program.

On the day-to-day, you will:
