Job summary

ProHealth Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive referrals and revenue for Home Health & Hospice services. You will act as a liaison to referral sources, educate stakeholders, and manage territory growth in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements include 1 year of sales experience (nursing experience acceptable), an associates degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Nursing, Marketing, or Healthcare related field; or five+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; formal sales training also a plus.
• One year of sales experience required; one+ years of nursing experience may substitute.
• Current Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly Home Health & Hospice sales budgets and optimize territory potential.
• Review territory regularly; prepare for sales meetings and coordinate with operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and discharge planners.
• Communicate company services clearly to patients, caregivers, physicians and case managers.
• Document activity and manage scheduling to meet deadlines.
