Job summary

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Safety/Safety Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Emergency Management, Occupational Safety, and/or Fire Safety.
• Healthcare experience preferred; understanding of OSHA, TJC, and state safety statutes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor EC and EM programs for hospital facilities.
• Monitor and report hazards, conduct EC rounds and risk assessments.
• Maintain Hospital Safety Manual and Emergency Operations Plan.
• Coordinate safety education, orientation, and mandatory training.
• Oversee disaster-related activities and vendor coordination.
• Ensure policy revision per regulatory requirements.
