Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the shared capabilities powering our product teams. You will set vision, roadmaps, and requirements, and coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to drive adoption and measurable results.

Amid payer workflows, you’ll ensure PHI protection under HIPAA and explore AI-enabled improvements while preserving data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management in a SaaS environment.
• Strong discovery and prioritization skills; understands Agile delivery.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Become a SME on health plan operations and translate into capabilities for payer workflows.
• Prioritize platform work by needs of internal teams, clients, and strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies behind shared capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-team deliverables with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including HIPAA for PHI.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
