Cedar Crest is seeking an experienced Risk Director to lead the facility's risk management program and promote a safe environment for patients and staff. You will oversee investigations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive proactive risk reduction across departments.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with Legal, QAPI, and facility executives to identify high-risk areas, develop training, and implement a Safe Catch program that strengthens the safety culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare, risk management, business, finance, or a related field.
• Two or more years’ experience in a risk management position.
• One or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CARF, DEA, Joint Commission, or CMS surveys, as required by service line(s) supported.
• CPRM? Wait, ensure accurate text: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• CPHRM preferred. First aid may be required.
• CPRH? Correction: keep consistent: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required; First aid may be required.

• Implement a robust risk management program throughout the facility.
• Lead investigations and analyze actual and potential risks with Legal involvement.
• Develop infrastructures and systems that support patient safety.
• Promote a culture of safety and incident reporting.
• Coordinate Safe Catch Program with facility leadership.
• Lead a Safety Committee and collaborate with leadership on measurable initiatives.
