Job summary

Grace Health is seeking a proactive professional to advance its healthcare risk and compliance program. You will work with Directors and Senior Leaders to ensure adherence to FTCA, PCMH, OSV, HB1, HIPAA, CMS, HRSA, and related standards, driving timely reporting and process improvements.

You will help develop annual risk calendars, implement KPI-driven controls, and provide dashboards to leadership while coordinating with multiple departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Supports Grace Health’s risk and compliance program and related governance.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply HIPAA, CMS, HRSA and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports and monitors Grace Health’s risk and compliance program.
• Maintains policies, procedures, audit tools, and training related to risk and compliance.
• Implements a compliance plan with KPIs; tracks training and prepares reports.
• Assists with investigations and monitoring of privacy policies.
• Gathers data for policy management workflows and supports OSV reviews.
• Communicates regulatory updates and assists with incident reporting and dashboards.
