Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in risk management or healthcare settings is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management and quality/safety initiatives to minimize liability.
• Lead policy development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to address risk-related issues and program initiatives.
• Manage investigations, claims processing, and reporting to ensure timely responses.
• Educate staff on risk management and patient safety practices.
• Monitor department performance and budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.
• Support leadership in strategic planning for risk management.
