Responsibilities

• Manage risk in inpatient and ambulatory settings to improve patient care quality and regulatory reporting.
• Lead root cause analyses, incident investigations, FMEA, and peer review activities.
• Serve as SME on risk management policies, procedures, and relevant regulations (State and Federal).
