WellSpace Health, Inc. is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to support the organization’s risk management and patient safety program.

The role involves coordinating projects, event reporting workflows, FTCA and regulatory activities, and cross-department collaboration at the Admin Center in Sacramento. The coordinator will maintain program documentation, review event reports, gather data to support risk assessments, and track deadlines and corrective actions, ensuring timely and effective

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years healthcare ops, patient safety, or risk management experience.
• MA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and regulations quickly.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS 365 including SharePoint and EHR systems.

• Coordinate Risk Management projects and timelines.
• Maintain calendars and deadlines for FTCA activities and regulatory deliverables.
• Track milestones, corrective actions and follow-up activities.
• Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and standardized documentation.
• Support regulatory deliverables, reports, and data gathering.
