Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years client-facing experience.
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Review denied and assigned claims using EnableComp systems to determine correct reimbursement.
• Research and obtain medical records and supporting documentation for claims.
• Follow up with payers by phone to ensure timely reimbursement.
