Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking an experienced RCM Specialist II to manage accounts, resolve complex billing challenges, and drive favorable financial outcomes for behavioral health providers. This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

You will own the accounts receivable process, analyze performance data, and work with clinicians and practice owners to optimize workflows and payer interactions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• 1 year of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing and therapy reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency with billing systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid claims with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution.
• Investigate claim issues by identifying root causes and proposing solutions with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload based on aging, complexity, and urgency.
• Own accounts receivable for assigned accounts using reporting and analytics to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with clinicians and customers for proactive account management and service.
• Build trusted relationships through meetings and clear written communication.
• Identify trends in denials and reimbursement challenges and suggest process improvements.
