Job summary

Ensora Health, a leading provider of software and services for behavioral health, is seeking an RCM Specialist II to manage accounts, resolve complex billing challenges, and drive positive financial outcomes for clinicians and practice owners.

You will own the accounts receivable process for assigned accounts, collaborate with therapists and clients, and use analytics to identify opportunities to improve processes in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• 1+ year of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing and therapy reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle activities including claims submission and denial management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Submit, review, correct, and process denied, rejected, and unpaid insurance claims with accuracy and timeliness.
• Research and resolve claim issues by identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload based on age, complexity, and impact.
• Own the accounts receivable process for assigned accounts with analytics and reviews.
• Collaborate with clinicians, practice owners, and customers for proactive account management.
• Build trusted relationships through regular meetings and clear written communications.
• Identify trends, denials, and reimbursement challenges; recommend process improvements.
• Utilize technology to streamline workflows and support data-driven decisions.
• Share knowledge with team members to foster continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Stay current on payer requirements and industry changes to support customer success.
