Memorial Health Care Systems in Seward, NE seeks a full-time Revenue Cycle Optimization Specialist to implement and maintain HIS/EHR modules in the enterprise HIS/EHR systems. The role supports workflows, trains super users, and collaborates with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, IT, or related fields, with preferred bachelor’s degree. Experience with Meditech and Veradigm PM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, information technology or related field.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience in the implementation and support of HIS/EHR technologies, especially Meditech and Veradigm PM.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and support HIS/EHR software modules and workflows across hospital/clinic departments.
• Research and communicate system changes with departments and vendors.
• Support staff training by aiding departments and super users to train end users and develop materials.
• Troubleshoot issues in workflows and HIS/EHR configuration; collaborate with vendors as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between departments, IT and vendors.
• Partner with leadership on system needs, data governance, and project coordination.
