United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee the business office at Teton Outpatient Services in Jackson, WY. You will manage the revenue cycle, admissions/registration, insurance verification, and billing to ensure efficient operations of a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business or HIM related field and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a medical office, along with proven revenue cycle

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business or HIM related field.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a medical office setting; hospital business office, surgery center business office; physician’s business office.
• Experience with revenue cycle processes.
• Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer automated accounting systems.
• Experience working with all types of third party payers (HMO, PPO, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an efficient, successful, highly focused customer service trained business office team, including surgery scheduling, admissions/registration, insurance verification, collections/billing.
• Manage revenue cycle process, including establish and maintain protocols for the charge entry, complete all month end close processes, other financial processes.
• Assures compliance to industry regulatory standards as well as USPI Business Office standards, policies and procedures.
