Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a DBO Lead Supervisor to oversee revenue cycle teams across multiple clients. You will coordinate onboarding, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting while communicating with client teams via phone, email, and chat.

Strong leadership and analytical skills are required, with experience in Epic billing and Microsoft Office. The role reports to the Domestic Business Office leadership team in a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting systems, healthcare issues, and guidelines; Epic billing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own client meetings with agendas, issues logs and reports.
• Manage team metrics, productivity, quality measures and SLAs.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and staff allocations with HMS Shared Services.
• Align staff shifts to cover client operating hours.
• Review and approve employee time, time-off, and overtime.
• Create and monitor unit budgets and KPIs in Workday.
• Coordinate reporting with RC Analytics and IT.
• Collaborate with HR and DBO Leadership on staff performance.
