Job summary

Huron is hiring an Healthcare Revenue Cycle Associate in the United States. You will lead project work streams, apply proven methodologies, and collaborate with client stakeholders to improve clinical and financial outcomes in healthcare settings.

You will mentor junior staff, manage deliverables, and contribute to mission-driven transformation across hospital and physician revenue cycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare consulting.
• Experience leading and supporting hospital or physician revenue cycle initiatives and related processes.
• Ability to travel based on client or project needs (less than 50% travel on average in Healthcare practice).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• US Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions by leveraging proven methodologies and best practices.
• Leverage critical thinking in data collection and complex analysis to identify data gaps and risks, and develop sound, implementable recommendations.
• Effectively summarize information and present findings to Huron and client leadership.
• Provide direct supervision of junior project team members including coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s needs, enhancing impact and accessibility across healthcare services.
