Responsibilities include CDM maintenance, charge capture, process improvement, and resolving billing issues for patient financial services.

The role requires leading by example, training staff, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and communicating effectively with hospital leadership to maximize revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in health care administration or revenue cycle analysis.
• Experience with hospital finance, reimbursement, charge master, or patient financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train staff and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Extracts and analyzes data to identify revenue cycle opportunities and documents sources and assumptions.
• Lead, train, and supervise analysts; ensure quality and workflow efficiency.
• Communicate findings to hospital executives and other departments.
• Maintain data integrity and perform checks to ensure accurate results.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance revenue cycle opportunities.
• Develop and deliver clear reports and presentations on CDM, billing, and charge capture.
• Mentor staff in policies and procedures and train new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
