Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Finance, Healthcare administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related healthcare administration/financial or revenue cycle analysis experience.

• Extracts and compiles data from various system sources to develop analyses for revenue cycle opportunities.
• Demonstrates leadership and ensures HIPAA compliance with policies.
• Works independently, takes initiative, and communicates effectively to gain understanding.
• Supervises and trains other analysts; plans workflow and delegates responsibilities.
• Provides information and reports to hospital constituencies regarding CDM, billing, and charge capture.
• Liaises with department heads and executives to enhance revenue cycle opportunities.
• Maintains data integrity and checks results for accuracy.
