You will supervise billing, collections, refunds, trust management, and month-end close, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential to coordinate with Admissions, AR support, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Record facility revenue accurately and ensure timely collection.
• Balance census daily and manage cash posting.
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, refunds and trust.
• Coordinate monthly close and daily AR follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and safe work area.
• Lead and monitor BOA duties; educate admissions and staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
