Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail strategy, marketing analytics, category management, or multi-unit foodservice.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams on strategy and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Analyze sales, margin, traffic, promotions, and product mix.
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimize retail performance.
• Lead optimization of concepts, menus, pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
• Support rollout of retail programs, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure practical, scalable execution.
• Measure program effectiveness and provide stakeholder insights.
• Support change management and adoption across accounts.
• Stay current on retail and healthcare foodservice trends.
