Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. This hands-on leader will oversee busy retail food operations, drive an exceptional customer experience, and support a high-performing frontline team.

You’ll lead daily retail operations with a focus on food quality, service, safety, staffing, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a visible leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Sodexo and healthcare experience preferred.
• Hands-on, organized leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coach frontline employees.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee busy retail food operations and ensure food quality, service, and safety.
• Lead daily operations, staffing, and resource deployment to meet targets.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and support a high-performing frontline team.
• Drive customer satisfaction and a welcoming guest experience.
• Manage cash handling procedures and POS accuracy.
• Partner with vendors to ensure product flow and compliance.
• Implement merchandising and marketing strategies to keep displays fresh.
