Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Training preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English to interact with coworkers and customers in the field.
• Ability to read plans and work with basic structural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely use power and hand tools for demolition and renovation tasks.
• Perform trades: Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Mechanical.
• Lead small projects or teams and ensure quality.
• Organize materials and prepare daily construction reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite and reliable attendance.
