Job summary

Prime Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver high-quality customer service to Providers and Clients. You will answer questions, resolve issues, locate in-network providers, nominate out-of-network providers, and support client-centric reporting and education on Prime Health Services offerings.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries in a ticket system, timely client communication, and generating reports. Travel to on/off site meetings may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required; up to 50% of education may be substituted by equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all inquiries within Ticket System and accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Respond to Client requests via phone or email promptly.
• Answer calls to Account Management/Client Services Que promptly.
• Prepare Client-specific reports including PPO repricing and utilization data.
• Input Provider nominations and coordinate with internal departments.
