Job summary

Reliant Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Client Services Representative in the United States to validate and maintain provider information, perform online research, and support Senior Client Services staff. You will contact providers by phone, manage data queues, learn our products, and follow client-specific protocols.

Qualifications

2-3 years of related job experience in health insurance and customer service.
Experience conducting outreach to providers via phone calls or other communication means.
Broad healthcare policy and payment understanding.
Experience with claims workflow tools or systems.
Experience with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Validate and maintain critical provider information in the system.
Perform online research and/or conduct phone calls to obtain/verify information.
Assist Senior Client Services representatives with client/administration requests.
