Job summary

The role leads several unit-level improvement initiatives, develops ongoing compliance strategies, and analyzes high-risk processes to drive better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid state license.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience including clinical nursing.
• Experience in hospital accreditation, regulatory compliance or quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate local, state, and federal regulatory activities to ensure compliant clinical services.
• Coordinate accreditation readiness and quality improvement initiatives with leaders and staff.
• Respond to surveyors and agencies during on-site visits and manage plans of correction as needed.
• Notify departments of inspections and coordinate responses to inquiries or concerns.
• Analyze data, create visualizations, and report to senior management using BI tools.
