Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and data entry skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally.
• Greet patients and maintain patient satisfaction.
• Input demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility 2 days prior to appointment.
• Cashier duties and daily cash reconciliation.
