Job summary

Campbell County Health is seeking a registration & admissions professional to support patient intake. You will perform routine registration, data collection, and administrative tasks for admitting patients, inputting demographics, and collecting insurance information in the designated system.

You will explain policies, obtain signatures, and assist patients with billing questions while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Healthcare related field preferred.
• HIPAA privacy awareness and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a professional, timely manner.
• Greet patients and maintain courteous, helpful office presence.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and customer service standards.
• Input demographic and insurance information accurately in the EHR.
• Obtain signatures on consents, insurance and payment policies.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance for patient records and communications.
