Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking an energetic Marketing Liaison to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources. You will drive census growth by promoting services and coordinating admissions with the Admissions and Clinical teams.

The role emphasizes field outreach, community events, and professional networking, with a focus on customer service for prospective residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or sales.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and clinical teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
• Generate new referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral relationships.
• Represent Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center at hospitals, facilities, events, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources and community partners.
• Promote the facility’s clinical services, rehabilitation programs, and specialized care offerings.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with Admissions and Clinical teams for timely admissions.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain communication with referral sources.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to increase census and strengthen the center’s presence in the community.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, referral sources, and outreach efforts.
• Participate in tours, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
