Harbor Oaks Hospital in New Baltimore, MI is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand referrals and partnerships within the local healthcare community. This exempt, full-time role is hybrid, requiring one onsite day per week and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing or related field.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand lines of service by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key sources.
• Develop strong relationships with key referral sources.
• Travel frequently within community to schedule meetings and develop contacts.
• Utilize Salesforce to plan and evaluate activity.
• Coordinate admission processes and educate patients and families about programs.
