Job summary

One Community Health is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support for recruiting and HR functions across multiple clinic locations, primarily Hood River, OR. Responsibilities include candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS administration, background checks, and coordinating on-site visits and travel reimbursements.

The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and flexibility to travel between health center sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of office or administrative support experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between health center sites as needed.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for recruiting and HR processes.
• Handle candidate communication and interview scheduling.
• Support recruitment process follow-up and ATS administration.
• Assist with background checks, on-site visits, and candidate travel reimbursements.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure confidentiality across locations.
